    Wayne County SCOPE is a member of a statewide organization dedicated to preserving our Civil & Constitutional Rights as stated in the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment and Article 2, Section 4 of the New York Civil Rights Law.

    One of SCOPE's main goals is EDUCATION of the public to enable an understanding of our civil and Constitutional liberties and attempts by governments to limit them.  Note: "WE THE PEOPLE" does NOT mean "The Government."  Recall the words of George Washington: "The power under the Constitution will always be in the people."

    Chapter meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of all other months at 7 PM. and are open to the public'
