Monthly Chapter Meeting – Tuesday, May 12 at 7:00 PM The NY SAFE Act requires estate fiduciaries to file a firearms inventory with the Surrogate’s Court and the Division of Criminal Justice Services when a gun owner passes away. Methods for addressing these requirements will be covered by guest speaker Andrew Meier.
