As advocates for the preservation of our fundamental right to bear arms, we have grown increasingly concerned about recent efforts to enact restrictions that we firmly believe to be unconstitutional and potentially detrimental to our safety. Your presence at this event will send a resounding message to the District Attorney candidates, demonstrating your unwavering commitment to safeguarding our Second Amendment rights. For your convenience, we have included John Sansone's credentials to the right for your consideration. We deeply appreciate your unwavering support in the ongoing mission to protect our Second Amendment rights. I was hired as First Assistant District Attorney in Orleans County in 2007 handling felony level crimes. For over 16 years, and counting, I am very proud of my efforts to safeguard the residents and communities in Orleans County in my capacity as Assistant District Attorney. Prior to that, I provided high level legal services to less fortunate residents in Orleans County as Assistant Public Defender for approximately 3 and ½ years. I also currently serve Orleans County communities as a municipal attorney for the Village of Holley (22 years) and Town of Clarendon (6 years). I also represented Kendall and Murray. Right now, I am Special Prosecutor to the Towns of Kendall and Ridgeway. I am a proud NYS pistol permit holder and avid outdoorsman and have enjoyed coaching youth sports. In my opinion, every person, regardless of their walk of life, deserves fair, equal treatment under the law. That is the cornerstone of the criminal justice system in the United States. I will work tirelessly as your District Attorney to honor that principle. |
