Assembly Codes committee agenda for Tuesday, April 21 @ 11:00am:

• A-198A, Relates to establishing a voluntary waiver of the right to purchase firearms, rifles or shotguns; requires the Division of State Police to maintain statewide records of individuals who have waived the right to purchase firearms, rifles, or shotguns and any revocations of such waivers. Companion S-1026.
• A-1801, Permits those licensed to carry or possess a pistol or revolver or to purchase or take possession of a semi-automatic rifle or licensed to hunt wildlife to purchase or take possession of ammunition without requiring contacting the statewide license and record database. Companion S-1154.
• A-10307, Requires notification of firearm denials to local law enforcement and the local prosecutor having jurisdiction where the prohibited person sought to acquire the firearm; requires local law enforcement to investigate within five business days. Companion S-9486A.
• A-10352, Prohibits game taken by a firearm using lead ammunition from being donated for human consumption. Companion S-9473.
