One of SCOPE's main goals is EDUCATION of the public to enable an understanding of our civil and Constitutional liberties and attempts by governments to limit them.  Note: "WE THE PEOPLE" does NOT mean "The Government."  Recall the words of George Washington: "The power under the Constitution will always be in the people."

Chapter meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of all other months at 7 PM.
Please note that WCS does NOT hold members meetings in July, September, and December.
