The Wayne County chapter of SCOPE extends our heartfelt thanks to our former chairman, Don Smith, for his many tireless and selfless years of faithful service to our cause of proclaiming & protecting the Constitution and freedoms of our nation. Thank You, Don!
The work that Don Smith has captained for so many years will now be chaired by Mr. Roy Franks, Esq. who was elected by Wayne County SCOPE at our last meeting. Congratulations to Roy on your election and thank you for your willingness to fill very big shoes!

Wayne County SCOPE is a member of a statewide organization dedicated to preserving our Civil & Constitutional Rights as stated in the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment and Article 2, Section 4 of the New York Civil Rights Law.
One of SCOPE's main goals is EDUCATION of the public to enable an understanding of our civil and Constitutional liberties and attempts by governments to limit them. Note: "WE THE PEOPLE" does NOT mean "The Government." Recall the words of George Washington: "The power under the Constitution will always be in the people."

Chapter meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday
of the month at 7 PM unless otherwise posted
and are open to the public.
