The Banquet Emcee will be Bob Lonsberry: 
Bob Lonsberry is a conservative American radio talk show host, columnist, and author. An Army veteran and marathon runner.

He has been a newspaper reporter, columnist, photojournalist and editor, as well as a magazine writer and commentator on radio (Radio talk-show host at WHAM, WSYR, WGY and WAIO) and television and a television reporter and manager. He is the author of The Early Years, a collection of newspaper columns, as well as a collection of essays, and four short novels.

Lonsberry is a native of Canisteo, New York.

SCOPE is negotiating with national and statewide figures to be the guest speakers but the commotion and changes, especially at the national level, make it difficult to lock people in at an early date. Additionally, there is always the danger of some major event upsetting the speaker’s plans.
